We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Manager for our clients accident repair site based in the Edinburgh area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pro-active Bodyshop manager to work for a fantastic brand and group in a superb environment.

Bodyshop Manager Role:

This is an exciting challenge for an experienced Bodyshop Manager with excellent Man Management skills, your main focus will be supervise and prioritise the productive staff and Administration staff accordingly in a very busy workshop.

You will be tasked with supervising a large team to make sure the work is done to a high standard, whilst at a reasonable rate. It will be your job to make sure the vehicle goes through the process in a seamless manner while liaising with the front of house staff, who can keep the customer fully up to date. This is a vital role to make sure the workshop staff keep on their toes but do all the work in the right way. The role will be busy so we need someone who isn't scared of working closely with the team and building a strong process.

This is a busy department that will offer you the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to help drive the department forward.

You will be tasked with ensuring job cards are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Quality control is also a key part of this role so someone with a keen eye for detail will be perfect.

Experience:
- We are looking for someone from a like for like background, so experience within a Bodyshop (Main Dealer or Accident Repair Centre) is key - At least 1 years experience in the role.
- Strong leadership ability and man-management skills.
- A highly organised and professional individual.
