We are currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Bodyshop Manager for our clients large Bodyshop in Brighton.

This is a position for a busy and well established Bodyshop so the individual must be a proven Bodyshop Manager with a solid career history and track record of improving the sites.

This opportunity will be to manage a large Bodyshop where you will be overseeing Panel Beaters, MET Techs, Sprayers, Advisors, Admin and controllers.

Due to the size of the operation we need someone who can demonstrate a strong background within Bodyshop Management. The role requires someone with an excellent knowledge of the Bodyshop, strong man management skills and the ability to help build the business further whether its further contracts or delivering better customer service with current clients.
We are looking for a confident manager with an excellent knowledge of the processes, procedures, budgets, man management and how to improve the Bodyshop both financially and productively. The role will entail looking after a busy Bodyshop with the view to growing the business; this is a very fast paced and committed department so the right individual must have Bodyshop Management experience.

Must have VDA Accreditation and have Audatex

We will look at someone from either an independent or dealer group based Bodyshop. As long as the Bodyshop experience is there with the right drive then we are keen to hear from you.
