This will be working closely with existing customers and ensuring the commercial and contractual delivery and onboarding of the client from the initial agreed quote to completion.

The Role of a BMS Small Works Manager:
  • To look after all aspects of the contract from small works projects to maintenance and completion in line with the agreed time scales
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, sub contract labour and the client directly
  • Communicating risks and any issues directly with the customer and also with your technical knowledge to propose solutions
  • Looking after the contract renewal process
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure communication is clear amongst the teams to prevent any downfall
  • Responsible for the profitability and grown of the assigned service accounts
  • Meet regularly with your set customers
  • Deliver a range of small works projects within BMS
  • Must be a strong decision maker and communicator
  • Must have a good understanding of BMS
  • To be able to demonstrate the ability to manage small works projects
  • To be communicative and adaptable
