BMS Project Engineer

£38,0000 - £45,000 (DOE) + company vehicle, fuel card, 29 days holiday, pension and more

Based in Stourbridge / Midlands

As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the BMS Engineering team, responsible for delivering optimisation works, planned preventative and reactive maintenance on projects within the commercial, school and leisure sectors amongst others.

You will be responsible for delivering small/medium sized projects and will have the ability to create and modify software strategies on Delta, with Trend, Tridium and Honeywell experience advantageous.

The Role:

  • Deliver BMS key project works.
  • Deliver BMS maintenance work, both onsite and remotely
  • Develop and deploy BMS and Energy optimisation works.
  • Take accountability for tasks assigned by the Project Management team, communicating with key stakeholders to overcome obstacles and prevent delays.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal management, clients and third parties to achieve project goals.
  • Keep skills up to date with skills and developments in the role/expertise.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Qualified or experience with Delta
  • A knowledge or experience with Honeywell, Trend, Tridium, platforms, would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Must have a full, clean driving license.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work as a team with a positive approach to dealing with clients and suppliers.
  • Understanding of project delivery techniques
  • Ability to find solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent Communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationwide is required.
