Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Block Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK property law and regulations, as well as experience in managing all aspects of block property management, including:

  • Managing the communal areas of blocks of flats and apartments
  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of communal facilities
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets
  • Dealing with leaseholder enquiries and complaints
  • Managing contractors and service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the communal areas of blocks of flats and apartments, including gardens, lifts, car parks, and other facilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of communal facilities, and manage contractors and service providers
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets, and collect service charges from leaseholders
  • Deal with leaseholder enquiries and complaints, and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Keep up to date with changes in UK property law and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in block property management
  • Strong understanding of UK property law and regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

This is a fully office based role and our client is a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community.
