We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join a very reputable MEP client in the Southwest. 

Reporting to the Design Manager and Divisional Director the Bim Manager shall manage the process from design concept through to delivery on site of a project for a company that has a very healthy pipeline of work as well as some excellent career prospects.

You will act as collaborator between the client’s team, design team, contractor team and supply chain. As a BIM Manager, you will oversee the production of project information models which contain 3D visualisations that bring together data, drawings and schedules associated with the design and construction phase of a project.

The role and requirements:- 
  • Manage and review the work produced by the digital team 
  • Support the design teams to develop accurate 3D designs in accordance and compliance with project/client standards.
  • Manage the development of the project information aligned with the contract requirements.
  • Ensure model coordination plan and the process are in place
  • Take a lean approach to identifying project solutions. 
  • Authorise the information model for sharing. 
  • Provide training in aspects of digital construction and information management practices both to the team members and to the supply chain.
  • Have experence working within the MEP sector.
