BIM Coordinator

Our client is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their growing team based in Chichester. Our client who have been established for over 20 years is offering a comprehensive design, manufacture and installation service, mainly within the interiors sectors.

The successful BIM Coordinator will work closely with the interior design team and will support them in the use of Revit and AutoCAD across all stages as well as ensuring the best use of BIM tools and developing bespoke workflows. This individual will have attention to detail, enthusiasm is key, a passion for design and willing to learn. You will have knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

BIM Coordinator Position Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience.
• Have experience creating Revit catalogs.
• Ideally have experience of BIM delivery on medium to large scale or complex projects.
• Good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations.
• You will have experience working in the Interior Design or Kitchen & Bathroom design industry.
• Commutable to Chichester & Full driving license.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

BIM Coordinator Position Overview
