Location : Manchester

Salary : up to £28,000

We are currently working with a huge client based in Manchester City Centre. The have an exciting opportunity for a Billings Assistant to join their team. Initial 12 month contract to be reviewed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:30 with some flexibility and hybrid working after training.

Key Duties:

Reporting to Management Fee Supervisor working alongside the PM Fee Supervisoryou will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Preparing the monthly billing schedule for all Client Relationship Managers and Administrators
  • Raising monthly invoices - up to £1,400 invoices in the biggest quarter month billings
  • Raising any credits where needed
  • Fee share reconciliation for each region/office
  • Debtors reports
  • Setting up scheduled invoices using the invoice scheduler

Profile:

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to make your own decisions / work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail / communication skills
  • Beneficial to have experience within a similar role
