Job description:

DSV are recruiting for a Billing Specialist in Feltham.

The post-holder will be detail-oriented, think outside of the box and be a strong team player invoicing clients and overseas offices.

They will also be included in optimizing processes and assist our colleagues around the UK to improve invoicing speed and create the future in forwarding.

Key Tasks

• Import & Export billing to Customers & Overseas Agents
• Intercompany Cost Control
• Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
• Updating new client rates in our internal system (CW1)
• Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customers

Skills and Competencies

• Basic understanding of client rates or quotations for Air or Ocean freight 
• Understanding of the transport and logistics industry and other sectors within the business
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Office 365: Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Ability to be a Team Player
