A Billing Coordinator is sought for a professional services firm in the Accounting & Finance department. The candidate will work as part of a team, demonstrating their skills in finance and billing.

Description

  • Generate accurate and timely bills for clients
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and queries
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial records are accurate
  • Assist with month-end closing processes
  • Maintain client billing information in the system
  • Follow compliance regulations related to billing
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Profile

A successful Billing Coordinator should have:

  • Proficiency in finance software
  • Previous experience in a Billing role (ideally from a legal firm)
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
