We have an opportunity for a BillingCoordinator to join ourteam at the Greenham Hub.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract where you'll be working from home and our office in Newbury.

The starting salary will be £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.

The Role

As a Billing Coordinator you will be supporting the Lettings teamwith processing the utility and Council Tax bills that we receive for our empty properties. You'll be responsible for checking ourliability, liaisingwithutility companies to discuss any amendments, and workingwithour accounts team to organise payment where we would be liable. This is a really busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigatingour in house systems, communicatingwithourstakeholders and working to deadlines.

We are looking for:

  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of using multiple IT systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Experience of communicatingwith internal and external stakeholders
  • The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative

A knowledge of housing is not essential.
