Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely billing of all active sites within the portfolio
• Dealing with complex billing queries from customers and the team
• Ability to investigate the root cause of any billing issue
• Manage the day to day process within the billing team
• Follow up on deadlines and co-ordinate further action where required (Unbilled/Ready to Final Bill Reports/Adhoc tasks) to ensure that all sites are billing as they should
• Maintain the accurate billing standards required to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Resolving and assisting with queries both internally and externally around problematic invoices

Job Offer

Salary up to £26000 per annum + 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays on top) + Hybrid working + Private healthcare + Pension + Free on site parking.
