Role Overview:
As a Billings and Credit Analyst, you will spearhead the overhaul of the billing processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include managing credit control functions, maintaining healthy cash flow forecasts, and fostering strong communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overhaul and optimize billing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage credit control activities to minimize risk and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support business operations and strategic planning.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of billing data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Finance, Sales, and Customer Service, to address billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to facilitate effective billing and credit management.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on billing performance, credit risk, and cash flow projections.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in billing, credit control, or finance roles, preferably within the tech or cloud services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external liaison.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
