Key Responsibilities of Bilingual Reservations Advisor

• Provide exemplary service, catering to all client booking needs.
• Communicate fluently in French, Italian, or Arabic, ensuring personalized interactions.
• Understand client preferences and seize upselling opportunities.
• Foster strong client relationships verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a comprehensive client database with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attend and actively contribute to company training sessions.
• Uphold and promote brand values at all times.
• Ensure seamless handover of information and coordinate additional services to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Arabic.
• Previous experience in luxury customer service or sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Collaborative mindset and strong time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel software is advantageous.
• Availability for flexible shift work, including weekends.
