Bilingual Credit Control Specialist French/Dutch Speaking

We are seeking motivated individuals fluent in French and/or Dutch to join a fantastic Credit Control team. While prior credit experience is preferred, it is not essential. We value enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:

• Credit Management: Handle credit control activities, including monitoring overdue accounts, contacting debtors, and negotiating payment terms.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with clients in French and Dutch to resolve outstanding balances, answer enquiries, and provide exceptional service.
• Data Analysis: Analyse credit reports, financial statements, and payment histories to assess risk and make informed decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal, to ensure effective credit management processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Prior experience in credit control or finance is a plus but not required.
