Bids Assistant
Carter Murray is currently partnering with a leading law firm, who are looking for a Bids Assistant to join the Bids Team. You till play a pivotal role in supporting to manage the end-to-end process and development of high-quality bid proposals. This Bids Assistant will contribute to the creation of compelling and innovate bid responses that meets the needs of clients as well as ensure brand consistency is maintained throughout all collateral, across 5 target markets.
Within this Bids Assistant opportunity, you will proactively manage bids communication, maintain a comprehensive library of tenders related information including submitted and past tenders. Ensuring accurate of CRM data will also be a key focus of this role, in addition to updating real-time reposting on all new, active and pipeline opportunity You will also get great exposure working with the wider Client & Marketing team as required.
The successful candidate for this Bids Assistant role will have:
- Exposure to bids and/or business development within a legal and/or professional services environment
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Resilience and focus on delivery
