My client’s collaborative approach to tenders involves working in a dedicated team with additional operational expertise for specialised technical solutions.

In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of crafting the written quality submission integral to tenders or pre-qualification questionnaires.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse questions thoroughly to identify the key points.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to outline the necessary content for comprehensive responses.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft detailed responses that address all key aspects of the questions.
  • Review and edit final responses to ensure consistency in language and style.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to create visually appealing infographics for better presentation of answers.
  • Conduct in-depth research on technical data, client objectives, and local community information to enhance the quality of responses.
  • Assist in drafting project profiles and case studies as required.
  • Foster effective teamwork and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborate with the bid team to develop winning strategies aligned with objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in bid writing.
  • Familiarity with a technical industry is advantageous.
  • Strong track record of project acquisition and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in construction management principles and techniques an advantage.
