My client is a leading fintech company, specialising in payment solutions for the public sector, housing and utilities markets.

The business is going through a huge period of growth and we are now looking to hire an experienced Bid Writer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role reporting to their office in Hereford.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creative, review, edit and deliver proposal content for the tenders department
  • Write and collate information to form written proposals and delivery quality repossess in bids to highest standard
  • Work with SME's across the business to collate information for bids
  • Lead storyboarding sessions
  • Manage tender feedback sessions, reviews and lessons learned

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of the tender / sales process
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience working with SME's to develop bids
  • Experience creating, compiling and proof reading bids
  • Project management qualifications (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the public sector tendering process desirable

In return, the business offer a dynamic role with fantastic opportunities for progression and development. In addition, a basic starting salary around 40 dependant on experience + a hybrid working model from their office in Hereford.
