Do you have in depth experience formulating and creating bids and proposals? Have you previously reviewed and created complex contractual agreements? Our client is a world leader in cutting-edge solutions to the oil, gas & renewable energy industries who are looking for a Bid Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience formulating bids, drafting, negotiating and securingcontractual agreements.

Job Description
  • Manage the commercial process from bidding through to revision and completion.
  • Provide risk assessment advice to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Creation of robust costings for bids supported by supply chain quotes and internal costings to produce a pricing strategy for approval.
  • Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions, commercial contracts and associated documents for major business prospects.
  • Support all trade compliance activities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • In depth experience formulating and creating bids/proposal
  • Competent reviewing and producing complex contractual agreements
  • Strong experience bigging on and negotiating packages on work.
