Due to continued growth, I’m looking for a Bid Manager to join a Major Engineering Group.

My client is looking for a Bid Manager with significant experience and understanding of complex rail infrastructure.

As Bid Manager you will be joining an established team with low attrition, and a culture where personal development is encouraged.

Crucially, you should be able to develop compelling winning propositions and manage the lifecycle of the bidding activity.

Role Requirements

  • Successful delivery of bids, from inception through PQQ and ITT stage, to client interviews, and feedback
  • Ideally have experience of Shipley bid process, to produce high quality bid submissions.
  • An ability to converse at all levels seamlessly, with superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment
  • Must be customer centric, understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs
