One of the UK's leading training providers is looking for a BI Analyst as they look to continue building out their data team. This person will play a key role in supporting their strategy and key objectives whilst providing insight-driven decision making and increased performance.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years' experience
• Strong understanding of both SQL and Power BI
• FE software e.g. Advanced
• C# & API (desirable)
• Fully Microsoft Office literate
• Ability to work alone or alongside team members and have a strong work ethic
• Have an analytical mind and problem-solve well
• Able to communicate effectively with the team and senior stakeholders
• Have excellent attention to detail alongside an ability to see the bigger picture

Roles & Responsibilities

This role focuses on strong data analysis skills, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, as well as gathering and understanding stakeholder requirements to design and build analytical solutions to support them.

Other duties will include:

• Incorporating multiple datasets into reporting and analysis
• Ensure Quality Assurance of reported content
• Analyse and compare datasets through SQL
• Visualise and communicate results through Power BI
• Produce, verify, collate and analyse Operational metrics and financial information in reporting
