Our client is an international law firm who are looking for a Benefits & Reward Manager to join their HR team, on a permanent basis.

The main responsibilities for the Benefits & Reward Manager will be to lead the reward, benefits and wellbeing agenda for the firm, with the support of an Assistant.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Conducting salary benchmarking analysis using and making recommendations based on that analysis.
• Working with the HR Director on the Annual Partner bonus review process from analysis.
• Managing the annual Benefit renewal process and liaising with third-party providers and brokers.
• Identifying opportunities for the Benefits offering to improve and develop what the firm offers.
• Responsible for firm’s Wellbeing initiatives - including design and implementation.
• Oversee and manage a Benefits & Reward Assistant.

The Benefits & Reward Manager will ideally have five years’ experience within compensation review and salary benchmarking experience. It is essential to possess high level numerical & analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data in excel and other software tools while making data driven decisions. The right candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills. The Benefits & Reward Manager will have the ability to lead and motivate, be professional and possess high attention to detail.
