Macmillan Davies are looking to attract a Benefits Manager, on behalf of a leading global organisation with its headquarters based in Manchester.

As the organisation enters a significant period of change and transformation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward thinking Reward Team and work closely with the Reward Director to make a significant contribution to the development of a Global Benefits Strategy.

Duties will include:

  • Benchmarking companywide benefits against external businesses and working with the Reward Director, wider HR & Finance team to devise affordable strategies to retain and attract the best talent.
  • Take lead on all Benefits projects including global analysis and support with opening in new territories.
  • Responsible for managing the annual global benefit renewals with the businesses chosen brokers, providing accurate renewal information to the Head of Reward and making renewal recommendations.
  • Support the Reward Director in developing harmonisation strategies for legacy contracts and new merger and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and customers across the business to analyse, develop and ensure accurate implementation of benefit strategies and business changes.
  • Manage multiple supplier relationships including but not limited to the benefits platform, pension provider, financial wellbeing partner and flexible benefit brokers.

We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience of working and communicating within a global benefits space (US & Middle East distinct advantage)
  • Professional experience in the specialism of Benefits and Pensions.
  • Proven track record of development/implementation of international reward schemes, policy and frameworks including, sourcing/collating market data.
  • Implementing or supporting the implementation of truly flexible benefits.
  • Experience of working in a dynamic business environment with evidence of contributing to the implementation of both national and international strategies.
  • An understanding and a passion for Wellbeing.

This position is offering a basic salary of c£65,000 + employer contribution pension of up to 7% and a flexible benefits scheme including health & wellbeing plans and nursery discounts. The organisation works to a flexible and hybrid working pattern.
