The job:

• Working through a back log of new housing benefits claims
• Assessing new claims, processing renewals, supporting documentation and updating details
• Using systems such as Northgate to process new and existing claims

The candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience using Northgate essential
