We have a fantastic opportunity for a BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join our clients long standing Engineering company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The role will involve travel around the Yorkshire area, with some national travel when required. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will pride themselves in completing a high-quality commissioning service for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning control panels and field equipment. 
  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning controls software. 
  • Engineering controls software. 
  • Engineering and commissioning front-end supervisory computer systems. 
  • Demonstration and handover of controls systems to customer. 
  • Ensuring Health & Safety documentation is completed as and when required (including RAMS). 
  • Preparing documentation for operation and maintenance manuals. 
  • Completing site reports as necessary. 
  • Comply with and adhere to company policies and procedures (i.e. code of conduct, H&S, ISO9001 etc)  

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Trend or Tridium Control Systems
  • 3 years experience with commissioning engineering desirable within the construction industry
  • Electrical experience setting up and starting up the heating system at the client's site
  • UK Driving license

Salary:

  • £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
