The Teach Team are currently working with an outstanding school who are looking for excellent Behaviour Teaching Assistants to join a very supportive team. The School is situated in central Birmingham.

The school are welcoming applicants with a background in supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour wether this be experience in youth work or even a non - educational background.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working alongside the class teacher to support the classroom
• Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to participate in activites
• Supporting Individual children on a one to one basis
• Liaising with teaching staff and possibly parents keeping records fully up to date
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with pupils and staff

Requirements
• Enhanced valid DBS
• Safeguarding trained (we can support with this)
• SEND experience / knowledge

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Days /Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 3.30 pm
Contract: Day to Day and Long Term jobs available
Pay: £76-95 per day dependent upon experience
