Now Hiring: Behaviour Teaching Assistants

Join a dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN) and behavioural difficulties!

Role & Responsibility:

  • Provide support to students with SEN and behavioural challenges
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Offer one-on-one support to students as needed


Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with SEN and behavioural difficulties
  • Understanding of SEN and behaviour management techniques
  • Must have a current DBS on the update service
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Background in teaching assistant, SEN, or youth work preferred
