Behaviour Support Workers urgently required in Leeds!

Principal Resourcing are currently working with a Primary school in Leeds who provide education to pupils with behavioural, social and emotional needs. They require staff who can work closely with pupils to help them integrate into mainstream school by providing support and a high quality learning environment by actively engaging pupils by making learning enjoyable.

They require Behaviour Support Workers who preferably hold an up to date team teach accreditation. You will be required to work with small groups delivering the curriculum to a high standard taking into considering a diverse range of complex needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role. Strong behaviour management is essential and you will be a patient but hands on, proactive individual.
