Behaviour Mentor - Responsibilities:

Work closely with students in a Year 4 class, providing targeted support to manage and improve their behaviour. Collaborate with the class teacher and other support staff, including 4 TA's, to implement behaviour management strategies and interventions. Build positive relationships with students, offering guidance, encouragement, and support to help them overcome behavioural barriers to learning. Behaviour Mentor - Requirements:

Previous experience as a behaviour mentor, working with students with behavioural challenges, ideally in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively. A proactive and resilient approach to supporting student's social and emotional development.
