Behaviour Mentor for SEN school in Windsor

Tradewind are working with an specialist in Windsor seeking Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors. This school caters for the needs of a diverse range of students with ASD, complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine passion for working with children.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
