Prospero Teaching are currently seeking experienced behaviour learning support assistants needed in Mitcham.

Location: Mitcham, London

Working Days: Full-time, Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

Hours: Typical hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Duration: Temporary to permanent position

Pay: £90 per day

Role & Responsibility:

  • Provide support to students with SEN and behavioural challenges
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Offer one-on-one support to students as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with SEN and behavioural difficulties
  • Understanding of SEN and behaviour management techniques
  • Must have a current DBS on the update service
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Background in teaching assistant, SEN, or youth work preferred
