MILK Education is working with a Primary school in the Oldham ( 0L9 ) who are looking for a dedicated full-time Behaviour Buddy to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024. This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 16:00 pm. Within this role you will be required to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND/SEMH across KS1, both academically and with personal development.

You will assist the pupil throughout the school day to various lessons. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the national curriculum and are IT literate as you will be required to complete paperwork and reports for individual pupils

To be eligable for this role you must:

Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.

Have previous experience working with pupils with SEMH/SEND and challenging behaviour

Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.

Have at least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK Primary school setting.

Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.

Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
