Position Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to manage their behaviour effectively, promoting positive attitudes, and ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students to understand and address behavioural challenges.
  • Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to support individual student needs.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching sessions to help students develop positive behaviours and attitudes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to create and implement behaviour support plans.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
