Full time - 38.5 hours per week

Working within an award-winning Spa you will have the opportunity to work as a Club Host whilst working towards your Beauty Level 2 qualification. You will attend college days at The Cedars Academy in Gloucester alongside ongoing support and development from our Spa team to transform your knowledge and practical hands on skills to an exceptionally high standard.

This is a role for someone who enjoys a customer facing environment, delivers service with a smile and is motivated to give our Calcot guests a first class Spa and club experience.

The Role of a beauty therapist apprentice:

• Commitment to attend all college and training sessions with a positive and proactive approach
• Carrying out a range of Spa treatments
• Participate in product House training to have a deep understanding of the key product partners we work with and the benefits they give to our guests
• Welcome members and guests, provide them with tours of club facilities
• Take bookings for Spa treatments, Day Spa packages, Fitness classes and Personal training
• Take pre-orders for food and beverage. Making teas, coffees and smoothies as well as running a daily Spa lunch service
• Ensuring treatment rooms are spotless
• Assist guests with bike hiring and assign bikes and safety equipment
• Complete and pass Product house training courses to further knowledge in new treatment protocols
• Regular laundry duties
• Telephone duties
• Carrying out regular Facility checks

• Previous customer facing experience - preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
