What you’ll be doing
- Develop and manage internal communication channels.
- Coordinate directory submissions and project manage timely submissions.
- Organize and oversee business development and firm events.
- Implement social media policy and campaigns, collaborating with BDM Managers.
- Execute campaigns and projects across website, social media, and e-marketing channels, from planning to reporting.
- Provide monthly metrics for campaign performance.
- Conduct research, create initial credentials packages.
- Support departments in business development research and client relationship management projects.
- Produce ad hoc reports and conduct research as needed.
- Support broader BDM team with additional projects.
Experience you’ll need to apply
- Experience in a similar Business Development and Marketing position at Assistant or Executive level, ideally within a law firm or similar environment.
- Existing knowledge and ability in developing communications for internal channels.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels including, Social, Email, Website.
- Experience in reporting on campaign performance.
Salary of up to £50k DOE, hybrid working, opportunities to progress and a fantastic benefits package including option to buy more holiday, discretionary bonus, profit-sharing scheme and much more!
