BD Executive - Dispute Resolution/Regulatory

Forward thinking UK Law Practice - fast-track promotion prospects!

This innovative and growing City based law firm is seeking an experienced and ambitious BD Executive to join this exciting and expanding team, with a view to advancing to Management level at the soonest opportunity.

The firm is based in stunning offices in the City, however, in addition they offer an excellent, flexible hybrid working policy so you will have plenty of opportunity to work from home if you desire.

Unlike most other legal BD Exec roles, this is NOT a pitch heavy position; they ideally seek a self-starting "ideas" person who is able to think outside the box. You will need to be able to "manage upwards" and possess excellent communication and influencing skills.

You will need:

  • A strong understanding of business-to-business marketing and business development within professional services
  • Evidence of good Partner management skills, ideally gained within a professional services environment
  • Effective relationship builder - can interact with individuals at all levels across the business
  • A "challenger", able to think strategically and commercially
  • Strong operational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Applications from other professional services organisations are welcome!

If this sounds like an exciting opportunity to you, and you fit the criteria outlined above, please contact me immediately for more information!
