Job Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver a memorable dining experience, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor food and beverage quality, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, special promotions, and menu offerings.
