Stock Farm Wedding and Events Barn is one of Cheshire's hidden gems. Our unique location and venue on the edge of Hale and Manchester hosts events through out the year. From Weddings & Parties to exclusive car launches, we do it all.

As Bar and Events Manager, you will be motivated and passionate to assist in leading our dedicated and positive bar and events team. To name a few, you will be accountable for costings, stock takes, weekly ordering, bar staff rota's, designing drinks packages and ensuring the smooth running of the bar and live events.

As bar supervisor/manager your responsibilities will including the following;

  • Have previous 3 years minimum Bar Experience (essential)
  • Hold a Personal License (desirable)
  • Have experience of EPOS
  • Manage the bar and event team (essential)
  • Deliver all events to brief & instruction
  • Manage full Barn itinerary including glassware
  • Stock management & Management of all NON-CON
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Upsell at all opportunities to maximize bar sales
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all beverage regulations
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and spotless
  • Driving License (essential)

The ideal candidate;

  • Have experience in leading bar teams in supervisor or managerial role
  • Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment
  • Hands on and roll sleeves up attitude
  • Be highly motivated and ambitious
  • Have a passion for events
