Bar and Catering Manager

Our client is a leading operator of Leisure and Hospitality operations, based in Essex. They are currently looking to recruit a Bar and Catering Manager for their Civic Hall based in Grays, Essex. The venue has a rich history of hosting standout localised events and this role will be a key part of the operational team.

As the Bar and Catering Manager at the Civic Hall, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the bar and catering function, assisting in financial and staffing aspects whilst optimising profit through operational effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with licensing and food safety regulations, and customers’ expectations.
