Banksman

Job Title: Slinger / Banksman
Location: Cambridge

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Direct the movement and positioning of vehicles, equipment, and materials on construction sites.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with crane operators and other team members.
• Ensure the public has safe passage around the site.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of lifting equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Slinger/Banksman.
• Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Banksman qualification.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• The ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications for Slinger/Banksman operations.
