About the Role

• As a Banking Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients involved in banking and finance disputes.
• You will handle a diverse caseload, including matters related to breaches of finance agreements, confidentiality breaches, fraud, and statute violations.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to address regulatory concerns, investigations, and risk mitigation strategies.
