Banking & Finance Solicitor/ Associate

Your new company

You will be working for a well established legal 00 law firm based in Southampton. Due to significant growth in their corporate and banking teams, they are now seeking to recruit an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join their growing Banking & Finance team.

Your new role

You will work on both borrower and lender side transactions, working with the team from the beginning (including structuring and quoting) through to the completion of a deal.You will be exposed to a wide range of work, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and clearing bank panel transactions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of working on a range of corporate banking transactions.
• Solicitor or Associate with experience within Banking & Finance practice.
• Team player.
