£15.99 PAYE per hour

My high profile banking client are currently recruiting for a client service operations analyst to work in their Distribution support management team from their offices based in Edinburgh.

3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week from home.

Hours will be between 8.30-5.30. (35 hours per week)

Duties and responsibilities:

This position is mainly responsible for completing the daily tasks, responding to email and telephone queries from the companies high net worth investor and distributors. You will need to be attentive in following the procedures and reporting discrepancies to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and issues escalated appropriately.

Department: Transfer agency - Distribution support management team

  • You will be handling queries via the telephone 15% & email queries in volume 85% of the time that are received from distributers.
  • Investigate queries and identify the root cause.
  • We have a dedicated telephone line which will be managed by the team.
  • You will need to communicate effectively and have a professional telephone manner.
  • The dedicated mailbox will need to be managed in a timely manner.
  • High attention to detail will be required for this role.

Adhoc task - To complete any adhoc admin as provided by your line manager which may include producing monthly packs relating to performance to distributers.

Collaborate with operations team and SMEs to understand how to manage the incoming queries and how best to resolve them.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience of working in banking or financial services is essential.
  • Transfer Agency experience desirable but not essential
  • Proficient with MS packages word, outlook, basic excel
