We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Crisis Clinician (RMN) on behalf of our client in Oxford (OX4). This position is based in the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, therefore, will be community based. This is a 3 month position, to start ASAP, with the potential of ongoing work for the successful candidate.

This is a 37.5 hour position in a 7 day a week service covering the following shift patterns:

Early - 07.00 - 20.00

Mid - 08.30 - 21.30

Late - 11.00 - 00.00

Requirements:

-Registered RMN

-6 months experience

- Car driver with access to a car for work.

- Experience of managing and mitigating risk in community settings

- Experience of community crisis management

- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and other application legislative frameworks

- Knowledge and experience of child and adult Safeguarding

-Experience of working independently

-Experience of working with other disciplines within a multidisciplinary team

-Experience of working collaboratively with carers to meet both the needs of the carer and service user

-Experience of delivering brief therapeutic interventions

-Personal qualities required: positive, dynamic, flexible, friendly, team workers, with a 'can-do' attitude.
