Band 5 Occupational Therapist

Based at a Hospice in Wigan, Greater Manchester

4 days per week - 26 hours (flexible)

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist, to support cancer and palliative care patients, and complete home visits. You will be supported by the team leads and OT's in the team.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration

- Community Rehab experience (desirable) and be able to work on home visits

- Driving licence and car

- System Knowledge: SystmOne (desirable)

- complex cancer and palliative care experience is preferred

- NHS experience (desirable)
