My Client is one of the largest manufacturers and distributers of desserts and speciality foods in the UK. Based from their manufacturing site in Manchester a verity of fresh and frozen foods to clients across the UK.We are looking for a qualified bakery mixer to join our amazing team.Mixer Responsibilities include:Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cakes.Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.Keeping records relating to inventory, ingredient quality and production levels.To produce baked goods such as brownies, scones, sponge cakes etc to company recipeTo be able to meet company standards and production expectations after trainingTo be able to understand and operate equipment such as mixers, sheeters, depositors and ovenTo be conscious and proactive regarded health and safetyCandidates must show:Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and productsBasic math skillsAbility to maintain our high-quality standardsStrong communication, time management, and planning skills.Awareness of and willingness to follow strict health and safety rulesAbility to work unsupervisedThe hours of work are usually 06:00am to 14:30pm however this can vary so flexibility will be required.If you are interested in this position please submit your CV or give us a call on and ask for Olga Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to permSalary: From £11.44 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayTime Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
