Our client is a leading and fast-growing loans company based in North West London. Established 10 years ago, the business is going through a period of strong growth and the client is now looking to add an experienced B2C Credit Controller to become part of their dynamic team.

A fabulous opportunity for a B2C Credit Controller seeking a role in a company which offers development and progression. Duties will include:

* Managing a portfolio customer accounts
* Working with customers to reduce arrears
* Chasing and recovering outstanding debt
* Dealing with customer queries and negotiating payment plans
* Handle, resolve any queries issues/ disputed with customers or 3rd party clients
* Allocating payments received accordingly
* Liaising with the in-house legal department regarding accounts
* Composing letters and correspondence to customers
* Working to targets to reduce age debtors

Key skills:
* Previous experience in B2C debt collection / collections
* Strong client services skills
* Ability to work accurately while under pressure

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with B2C credit control / debt collection experience to join a fast growing business. The plush offices are easily accessed by car and public transport and they are within walking distance of local amenities. Parking is available.
