What You Can Expect

• Work Type - Permanent
• Salary - Up to £90k plus £5k car allowance and up to a 30% bonus
• Location - Dunstable (3 days in the office, option to work 1 day in London)

Main Responsibilities as an Azure Data Platform Technical Lead (Architect)

• Act as the technical lead and Data SME, you will make key decisions surrounding the design and architecture of the Azure Data Platform moving forward; an important role in enabling their vision to be a data-driven organisation.
• Design and Manage the Data Platform transformation using our tech stack, comprising mainly of Microsoft Azure Data products.
• Produce and maintain high quality architectural design documentation for the Data Platform.
• Define data structure and access patterns for secure and easy availability of data depending on requirement.
• Understand business requirements and translate them technically to produce elegant data solutions/products in collaboration with architects, analysts, and developers.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience with most of the following from a solution design perspective:

• Microservices including Messaging and Events
• Cloud based structured and unstructured data collection/usage/storage.
• Data Modelling
• Data Warehousing

Seeking proficiency with Azure Data Platform and multiple services such as:

• Azure Data Bricks, ADLS, ADF, ADW, AAD, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management
