Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve issues with AV/VC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance appointments to uphold system reliability.
• Provide exceptional customer support and maintain high service standards.

Key Duties:

• Troubleshoot AV/VC system faults, from simple connectors to complex issues.
• Maintain professional communication and documentation for service records.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and address their specific needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AV/VC support or installation roles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with audio, video, and control systems.
• Knowledge of DSP, Bi-Amp, and Clearone technologies preferred.
• Programming experience with Crestron or AMX is advantageous.
