Job Title: AV/VC Support Engineer

We're seeking experienced Audio Visual / Video-conference (AV/VC) engineers to provide top-tier support and installation services, ensuring seamless experiences for clients across the UK and occasionally Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues with AV/VC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance appointments to uphold system reliability.
- Provide exceptional customer support and maintain high service standards.
Key Duties:
- Troubleshoot AV/VC system faults, from simple connectors to complex issues.
- Maintain professional communication and documentation for service records.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and address their specific needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AV/VC support or installation roles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with audio, video, and control systems.
- Knowledge of DSP, Bi-Amp, and Clearone technologies preferred.
- Programming experience with Crestron or AMX is advantageous.
